Adele Gallagher is a certified massage therapist and pilates instructor and we are looking forward to her contributing to the clinic experience of our practice members.
Massage Therapy
Appointments can be booked for either half hour or one hour sessions. Vouchers are available for gifts for friends and loved ones.
Pilates
Classes are held on Mondays at 12:15pm and Thursdays at 4:00pm.
Classes must be block booked in advance and each class will be restricted to 6 people. Please reserve your place early to avoid disappointment.
